Group Scheduling Flexibility

For Groups and Individuals - If closures, government regulations, or travel restrictions due to COVID-19 prevent the delivery of the tour, the Tour Leader/School/School District can move or postpone the tour with no fees associated, or choose to cancel for the group.

Should a group decide to cancel, individuals will pay only a $275 cancellation fee for air tours, or a $95 cancellation fee for bus tours per participant.

If you have purchased the Travel Confidently Refund Program, you’ll receive a refund under those policies.

Tour Quality Guarantee

Should our tour not meet or exceed the tour leader expectations, we will refund 10% to each full paying participant.

Early Registration 100% Money Back Guarantee

Participants may receive a 100% refund under the following conditions:

FALL 2021 TOURS - Register by December 31, 2020 and receive a 100% refund should you need to cancel by March 31, 2021.
2022 or 2023 TOURS - Register by January 31, 2021 and receive a 100% refund should you need to cancel by June 30, 2021.
